The audacity of love

DJ: Washington, United States; My faith has often been shaken and my normal redefined since the arrival of a boy with Down Syndrome. The diagnosis came unexpected as did the many life changes that followed afterwards. This is a place where I can publish my writings, poems and thoughts. Things gathered over the past three years during some very vulnerable times. Blindness, surgery sadness and joy. Fear of divorce, and loss of friends but the gain of something beautiful that I am so thankful to have.
